Growing up in my home town, Tawau, we had a family tradition of giving thanks and counting our blessings each new year. It is a good tradition so I have adopted it in my business as well.
There is so much to be thankful for in 2008. We’ve won five Wedding & Portrait Photographers International awards within sixteen months, four in the last nine months! So we are officially *AH-HEM* Malaysia’s most awarded wedding & portrait photographer. In 2008, our staff team has grown from two to five. Kah Yee , Voon & Joshua have since joined Jasmine and I. After years of working from home, in April 2008, we’ve relocated to a commercial office. Thanks to the support from our friends, Pretty in White & That Special Occasion, we provide beautiful designer gowns as well.
In 2008, we’ve also started our own photography workshops because we see great needs for professional photography education in Asia. The raving feedbacks we received have spurred us to bring our workshops beyond the shores of Malaysia in 2009.
We are also thankful for the opportunities to work far and wide: Brugge, Cebu, Hong Kong, London, Manila, Melbourne, Perth, The Hague and jetting across the country. Is work supposed to be so much fun? Never in my wildest dream.
On behalf of the entire team from Louis Pang Studio, I want to thank you for trusting us and giving us the privilege of working together. We look forward to 2009 with great expectation. Our team will devote greater vigor to produce finer works. We aim to set benchmarks in our artistry and in the education of the beautiful art of photography. We will only succeed if we help you to be more successful. Our dream is to spread our wings to fly further and higher. We believe the best is yet to come.
